Subscription FAQs

  • We are planning to introduce a pay-monthly plan, but the math doesn’t stack up right now. When we think the product is at a stage where we can charge $24 per month, we will. For now, we’re offering an affordable annual subscription so you can come on the journey with us.

  • We created ick with B2B content in mind, but we’re interested in whether it has uses beyond that! The best thing you can do is start a trial, try it out, and see if it works for you.

  • When we were thinking about how to make the trial, we asked a simple question: How long does it take someone using ick to realize its value? Two days was the magic number we came up with. It’s a simple app, there aren’t a lot of stones to turn over, and it’s super easy to get started. Two days should tell you whether it’s worth the investment.

  • Yes, it will. We’ll increase the price when the product delivers more value or if operating costs rise significantly (though that’s unlikely). However, your annual subscription rate stays the same until renewal, and we’ll give you plenty of notice before any changes.

  • Technically, yes, but only one browser window can run the app at a time, so you may get logged out if there’s a session clash. This is intentional (sorry, but we think everyone should have their own subscription). That said, we're considering team subscriptions in the future to make it more cost-effective.
